Start with the independent tools. This builds probes and core tests, not the complete client and Windows host.

Independent tools: macOS 14+, Swift, CMake, Python 3.11+.
Current experimental GUI dependency set: macOS 26+ on Apple Silicon.
Windows host, compatible GPU encoder, virtual display and separate pairing are required for streaming.
